Women Build 2023
Women Build Week is an annual weeklong event created by Habitat’s Women Build program in partnership with organization sponsors that invites women to help local group housing and families build strength, stability and independence through housing. This is a multi-day effort during the first week of May to participate in the Neighborhood Revitalization program. While Women Build is focused on the inclusion of women in the work of repairing homes and group homes, the initiative does not exclude volunteers of any gender or gender identity, nor does it promote discrimination of any kind.
