Berkeley Township has partnered with NOHFH by providing $100,000 in affordable home trust funds to be utilized for costs associated with the construction of four affordable homes.  NOHFH has completed one home in Manitou Park and has partnered with the Ocean County Vocational Technical School to construct two more (the first will be completed in 2014, the second will be completed in 2015).  Berkeley continues to support NOHFH with its Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative and our A Brush With Kindness program, particularly in Manitou Park.
