Breaking Ground on Our 23rd Home Build

On Saturday, April 27, Laniece and her sons officially broke ground on their soon-to-be home in Manitou Park, Berkeley Township! It was a wonderful morning marking a new beginning for a deserving family. Later this year, our 23rd home build will be a place they can call their forever home! Thank you to Senator Carmen Amato and Berkeley Township Mayor John Bacchione for your partnership. This is our 7th affordable home being built in Berkeley Township!

"It's been a very long road for me and my family. This community means a lot to me. My grandfather used to live down the street and my mother around the corner. It feels good to have a community that I know and feel safe in for me and my kids. We can go down the road and see people we know and feel welcome," Laniece, 23rd partner family.
