Habitat on the Hill

During the first week in February, our Executive Director, Kristine Novakowski, and Program Manager, Amy Schratz, attended #HabitatontheHill in Washington D.C. to represent northern Ocean County to advocate for affordable housing policies. Our team joined other New Jersey Habitat affiliates to meet with Rep. Chris Smith’s office on Capitol Hill to ask for their support of vital housing and community development programs like the #NeighborhoodHomes Investment Act that would increase access to affordable homes. Together, we can create change.
