Marilyn’s Home. . . a gift for always
This July 2020, Northern Ocean Habitat for Humanity accepted the gracious and generous gift of a home! Marilyn Clark signed the deed of her home exclaiming, “I am so happy to be doing this. I am so happy!” Marilyn’s home is located in a highly desired neighborhood with an outstanding view of Barnegat Bay. The resale of her home will afford Northern Ocean Habitat for Humanity the funds to provide two homes for qualified Habitat applicants.

This is just the beginning of the journey Marilyn’s home will take. Her act of kindness has enacted a trickle effect for the Northern Ocean community. In addition, Mark Kotzas, Broker from Crossroads Realty, has volunteered to offer his services in the listing of the house. We can’t express our gratitude enough, and we are excited to continue to share the journey of Marilyn’s gift.
