BERKELEY TOWNSHIP, N.J. – Last week, Northern Ocean Habitat for Humanity closed on its 17th affordable home in northern Ocean County. The home, located in the Manitou Park section of Berkeley Township, was built on a donated township lot and funded by the Berkeley Township Housing Trust Fund. This is the fourth affordable home built by Northern Ocean Habitat in Manitou Park as part of ongoing neighborhood revitalization efforts. Several homes in the same community were also repaired through Habitat’s A Brush with Kindness program.
